Having just read some of the reviews preceding mine, I must say I concur totally. Hensley is so professional and personable. He appears to work miracles on a regular basis. Knowing what people's computers mean to them, he makes himself as available as he can, and he is like an old fashioned doctor who makes house calls when necessary. I've worked with him several times and will again any time. He really knows his stuff.

I was having serious computer problems this last October when a friend referred me to Hensley. He was very smart, diligent, persistent and solved a problem that involved conversations with Dell, Verizon, and an IT from work. He sorted things out and discovered the problem. Lovell was pompt, courteous and most eficient. Also reasonable. In 36 hours he removed a very malicious virus from my laptop, which was blanking out my screen and holding me up for ransom, Since I an attorney who does a good deal of work from home and maintains a remote desktop to my office, I am most grateful.

Best Tech Guy Ever!!!

My office have use Hensley's services for many many years and we continue to call him for every problem and not only is he knowledgeable about computers we are always up and running when he leaves our office. My computer wouldn't turn on. I searched for places where I could get a computer diagnostic. I decided to take my computer to Lovell based upon reviews I had read. Lovell was efficient, knowledgeable, likable, affordable and reliable. He fixed my computer. I have a second computer that needs attention and I will for sure take it to Lovell.

life saver--and so calm about it

On a rainy Saturday about 2 weeks ago, we woke to fine our desktop had crashed overnight, and we'd lost all of our data. Our screen was blank, our icons gone. Nothing was left. After some research, I settled on Hensley Services. Hensley was extremely helpful, calm, and informative in our initial conversation. He explained the possibilities and my options. I decided to work with him. He offered to pick up my hard drive because he was going to be in my neighborhood. He called me Sunday evening to say he'd recovered all of our data. I picked up our hard drive from him the next day, and we were ready to go. Not only that but he spent a great deal of time on the phone with me making sure I understood how best to back up our data so that this doesn't happen again. He made a potentially horrible situation into something entirely manageable. Thank you, Hensley.

Incredible Service

I'm very low-tech and intimidated by all the bells and whistles on my new desktop. Hensley has been honest, patient, highly supportive, and extremely knowledgeable.
